What we offer
In the Allianz Graduate Program, you decide what you want to do in our individually tailored two year program with up to three rotations into different business areas. We recruit graduates into a variety of business departments and offer you exposure to a variety of vocations. As well as guidance from a dedicated mentor, you will be provided with the training and education necessary to ensure your personal and professional success. You’ll also enjoy having a network of graduates from other years to interact with and learn from.
